| does anyone know why cats choose to stare or glare at you for long periods of time. Our cat has been doing this more and more lately and its starting to freak me out. He sits there for ages just staring at me or my daughter.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

| I don't know, Biz, and we've had cats all our life. Does the cat go out? |

| If he is an indoor cat, they tend to stare out sleep, unlike a cat in a garden that hunts and prowls out of sleep. |

| ok googled about cats staring but found this and i found the unfurry cat bit funny
ยป Why does your cat take a small bite on your arm or cheek and hold on for a few seconds? Some cats, when they are very happy and feeling extremely affectionate toward the Big Unfurry Cat, will gently take a piece of human skin between their teeth and hold it for a few seconds. Think of it as the feline equivalent of kissing.

| Ok that does sound weird, but maybe its a sign of a Cat getting old, or maybe sight problems, I tried googling for you but its all silly answers.. One said
"Because they are really aliens from outer space and they have to report back to their superiors everything that we do all day here." |
